Spa Etiquette

Cancellations
24 hour notice is required for all appointment cancellations or changes. Appointments cancelled less than the required time will be billed $25.00. We are usually booked out 2 weeks to 1 month in advance. We would love to fill any cancelled appointments for patients/clients on our cancellation list. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated by all. There are 3 easy ways to cancel your appointment
1. Call 432-7222 to cancel,
2. Submit an Inquiry under Contact Us right on this website. Or
3. Email info@bodydelsol.com for immediate confirmation of your cancellation (and also a timestamp of the cancellation avoiding the $25.00 cancellation charge)

Mothers to be
Please note that any heat treatments and some spa facilities are not suitable for Mother’s to be. We highly recommend that you consult with your doctor prior to your spa visit.

Spa Attire
Luxurious robes and slippers are provided for your use during your visit. We recommend wearing something comfortable to leave in. Valuable items should be left at home or the office, as we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings.

Soft Voices’ Quiet Minds
Please speak softly throughout the spa, for others such as yourself, are relaxing during their treatment.

Relaxation
For the quiet enjoyment of our guests, NO Children are allowed.

Health Concerns
Please make us aware of any medical conditions or if you are currently under a physician or chiropractic care. Such conditions include: pregnancy, high blood pressure, recent surgeries or other acute conditions. A medical release from your Physician will be required prior to any treatment. All known medical conditions should be honestly revealed prior to any treatment received. There shall be no liability on the practitioner part should you fail to reveal any information. We strive to customize your experience to the best of our ability

Gratuities
Gratuities are not included with any of our spa services or gift certificates.
All gratuities are at the client discretion. Our spa concierge will be happy to assist you with providing for your therapists.

Cell Phone Policy
We understand the desire to keep in touch. However, in consideration of all of our guests, cell phone use is not permitted beyond our spa reception area.

Returns
All gift certificate sales are final. We can no longer offer exchanges or credit for returned products.

As a spa guest, it’s your responsibility to:

  • Communicate your preferences, expectations and concerns
  • Communicate complete and accurate health information and
    reasons for your visit
  • Treat staff and other guests with courtesy and respect
  • Use products, equipment and therapies as directed
  • Engage in efforts to preserve the environment
  • Adhere to the spa published policies and procedures

As a spa guest, you have the right to:

  • A clean, safe and comfortable environment
  • Stop a treatment at any time, for any reason
  • Be treated with consideration, dignity and respect
  • Confidential treatment of your disclosed health information
  • Trained staff who respectfully conduct treatments according to
    treatment protocols and the spa policies and procedures
  • Ask questions about your spa experience
  • Information regarding staff training, licensing and certification
